So what is this remote support thing?
In the left hand side bar at the bottom you will see three support links marked 1-3. These are files that can be saved to your computer, and once run enable us to work on your computer from our office.
Before you start
We need to know what your problem is. Please send us asupport request or give us a call @ 404-303-7303. This will get us on the same page as you concerning the problems you are having.
Go ahead and save the file we tell you
Upon receiving your request or call. We will inform you which link you need to save. After the file has downloaded open it. You will be prompted with an “are you sure” message you should answer yes to and then most likely a firewall unblock screen. Click the unblock button and wait for us to take over.
There are some limitations
If you have Norton antivirus installed this program will not work for you (along with quite a few other programs Norton is incompatible with). We strongly advise against Norton antivirus, it does not remove itself completely on uninstall along with not working that well. There is a free program that does a much better job by the name of AVG antivirus. It can be found here
