So, you feel like getting some work done on your site. You sit down only to find that our site, your site is 404. Time to pick up the phone right, well possibly but whom you might be calling is not necessarily us.

Can You access any other sites? Try to access Google or some other well known site.

• a. If you cannot do so, then your best bet would be to call your Internet Service Provider I.E. Comcast, Bellsouth etc.

• b. If you can do so, The problem could be related to us but still will be helpful to narrow a couple of other things down.

If this is the case, and the option is available to you, have a friend or someone on a different internet connection try to access your website. If they can access your site then chances are, you have service with bell-south. Once again the phone number to dial in this case would be your Internet service provider.

We have noticed this happens randomly and it seems that Bellsouth drops connections to some “switches” for a reason that has yet to be explained. What can be explained is only a tier 2 Bellsouth technician can fix it, as we have no access to their system.

Tell your ISP your friends can see your site and they will have to take action - or else you are going to be routed to everyone in their phone system.
