So, you feel like getting some work done on your site. You sit down only to find that our site, your site is 404. Time to pick up the phone right, well possibly but whom you might be calling is not necessarily us.

Try to access Google or another well-known website.

• If you cannot access other sites, then your best bet would be to call your Internet Service Provider (ex. Comcast, BellSouth, etc.)

• If you can access other sites, the problem could be related to us but still will be helpful to narrow a couple of other things down.

If this is the case, and the option is available to you, have a friend on a different internet connection try to access your website.  Another option would be to use this website that uses multiple sources to test website availibility. If they can access your site, your Internet service provider (ISP) is experiencing connection issues. The phone number to dial in this case would be your ISP.
