Today was a very interesting day for InnoShare, we were invited to the Dresden Elementary School Career Day where my wife teaches. I was a little nervous at first, Isaac and I had to tell 6 different classes what we do on a day to day basis and why we love our job. But not only that, but we had to do it for a full 30 minutes for each class. I was nervous, what in the world do you tell kids about web design? We do so many things that I have honestly never done the same thing twice in the 6+ years I have been in this industry. Now, these are 3rd, 4th and 5th graders and mostly what I do on a normal basis is work with clients, design sites and program. I don't even want to begin explaining the logistics of programming to a 3rd grader. I can literally see their eyes closing even thinking about it.

So every year we go on a Company Employee Relationship Building Trip to our favorite event NHRA Drag Racing!
We have this planned out about a year in advance and this year was no exception and we went bigger and better this year than most. We started out in Asheville first to have some fun, and meet some locals along with test out a couple breweries. Needless to say we met some great people and had some amazing beers! The next morning we rolled out of bed and headed out to Atlanta Dragway to see the Summit Racing NHRA Drag Races for some tailgating and Nitro Fumes.

Happy New Year!
It's hard to believe, but it's been six years since we launched our first corporate web site as Edsyndicate in late 2000. Since then, we've been called Edsyndicate, Vaya Solutions, and now InnoShare. Over that time, we've been steadily improving the quality of work we do, and moving toward a more "Web 2.0" way of doing things.

We're pretty proud of the new web site because of all the updated and useful features we've added. Specifically, the new site incorporates for the first time the following:

Aside from the new stuff, our goal was to get our site more in line with the type of work we were doing, and do a better job of emphasizing clean, functional web design. Hopefully, we've accomplished that.
